Corinna Marzi

Corinna Marzi was born and lives in Rome and has both Italian and German citizenship.
She speaks two languages perfectly (Italian and German) and has an excellent command of English.

After completing her schooling at the German School in Rome DSR, she obtained an Italian-German high school diploma and then studied law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with a thesis on “Cybercrime in Italy and Germany”.

She was admitted to the bar in November 2001 and specializes in private international law, Italian-German civil law, family and inheritance law, international child abduction, banking law, real estate law, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings and contract law in general.

She assists German-speaking companies and individuals in the area of civil law. She is trained in collaborative law.
Registered as a trusted lawyer with the Embassies of Germany and Switzerland, member of the Association for the Cultural Exchange between Italian and German Lawyers.

The lawyer Corinna Marzi coordinates a training center for German-speaking trainees and law clerks.
Member of the Canova Club, she was a member of the “Young Lawyers” Committee of the Rome Bar Council. She is a member of the Family Council Committee of the Rome Bar Association; member of the Observatory for Civil and Family Law of the Court of Rome; member of the A.D.G.I. (Italian Association of Women Lawyers). She is registered with the IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) and the IICL (Italian Institute of Collaborative Law and Assisted Negotiation), of which she is a member of the Board. Founding member and board member of ICALI (International Child Abduction Lawyers Italy).
